WSPYV PlayReady File Decryptor

I'm looking for someone to write a Python program that decrypts .wspyv DRM-protected files downloaded from PinkPineapple.co.jp (adult content warning) into a format that can be played by a media player. It would appear these files have PlayReady DRM, and are played in a Silverlight player. MediaInfo shows the files are WVC1 and WMA for codecs. I can provide license server URLs.
