WEBM render no audio unknown bug (python)

I have a script that takes a WAV/MP3 file and create a one hour loop WEBM render. Everything works except there is no sound once the render is done. I need to fix this issue. I will grant access to the existing project.

This script is written in python and it currently runs under Linux. Linux Mint 20.3 Cinnamon
