Requesting for developers who have already built a voice-to-text programme. I need a programme that will convert English words to text with 99% accuracy. The developer will need to show expertise in this field know how to this - prefer a develop who has already built this solution.
Additional, once it is built it will need to be able to analyse the text by identifying each speaker on the call.
