AI Voice Assistant for Real Estate Agents

Job Description:
I’m looking for a skilled developer to create a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for an AI voice agent designed for real estate agents. The goal is a simple, functional voice assistant that answers phone calls, provides property information, and schedules showings. This will be a subscription service, so the MVP needs to be reliable and easy to demo to potential users.
Responsibilities:
Build a voice agent that:
Answers calls via a phone number (using Twilio or similar).
Looks up property details (e.g., price, bedrooms, status) from a provided spreadsheet or basic database.
Schedules showings based on a hardcoded agent availability calendar (e.g., “Saturday, 2 PM”).
Use speech-to-text and text-to-speech tech for natural conversation.
Set up a basic backend to connect the voice system to the data.
Deliver a working demo I can test by calling, along with instructions to update the property list and calendar.
Required Skills:
Experience with voice AI tools (e.g., Google Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, or Rasa).
Proficiency in speech-to-text and text-to-speech APIs (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS).
Familiarity with telephony platforms (e.g., Twilio).
Basic backend development (e.g., Python, Node.js) to handle data and logic.
Ability to deliver clean, documented code I can access and modify later.
Nice-to-Have:
Previous work on chatbots or voice assistants.
Understanding of real estate workflows (e.g., listings, scheduling).
Suggestions for scalable design as the service grows.
Deliverables:
A functional voice agent demo accessible via a phone number.
Source code and full access to any accounts/tools used (e.g., Twilio, Dialogflow).
Short guide (1-2 pages) on how to update the property data and calendar.
