AI Voice Assistant Integration for CRM

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced developer to integrate ChatGPT Voice AI with GoHighLevel (GHL) using Twilio. This project involves building a system that can call leads as soon as they are imported into the GHL, handle incoming calls, process voice input using AI, and automate actions within GHL (e.g., CRM updates, follow-ups).
Project Scope:
Twilio Integration with GoHighLevel (GHL)
Configure Twilio for inbound and outbound calls in GHL
Set up Twilio webhooks to process calls via a custom server
AI-Powered Voice Processing
Implement Speech-to-Text (STT) using OpenAI's Whisper
Use GPT-4 to generate AI-driven responses
Convert AI responses back to speech with OpenAI's TTS API
Automation & CRM Integration
Log AI-generated call summaries into GHL’s CRM Notes
Trigger follow-up actions (e.g., SMS, emails, appointment scheduling)
Deployment & Optimization
Host the solution on a cloud platform (AWS, Heroku, or similar)
Optimize AI responses for natural and engaging conversations
Provide basic documentation for future maintenance
Ideal Candidate:
✅ Proficient in Python (Flask, FastAPI) or Node.js
✅ Experience with Twilio Voice API & Webhooks
✅ Strong understanding of OpenAI’s GPT, Whisper, and TTS APIs
✅ Familiarity with GoHighLevel CRM and API integration
✅ Experience deploying applications on AWS, Heroku, or similar platforms
