Key Responsibilities:
- Review and redesign the system prompt for ChatGPT.
- Tailor prompts for voice-based replies: no formatting, clear tone, short, and natural.
- (Optional) Implement dynamic prompts based on agent mode: casual, sales, support, etc.
- Test improvements during live audio conversations.
Tech Stack:
