Visualization multi-label/high dimensional data
Budget: $100 – $150 USD
I have an array of sparsely populated multi-label / high dimensional data. A script was written a few years ago using Python sklearn to first convert the data into MultiLabelBinarizer, then perform a k-means clustering, and then use TSNE to illustrate the clustered data.
Now, I need a data scientist to:
1. update the code to Python 3.8 or above, and
2. improve the clustering and TSNE visualisation, and
3. enhance the plot like the one attached
You have to demonstrate that you can produce the plot when applying. I will provide the current Python code if you message me.
