Visual Image Analysis and Selection Tool
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm looking for an urgent build of a program to visually present and evaluate the quality of images in a Word document or PDF. The key features and functions of the program include:
The objective is to develop a user-friendly program that organizes and presents images sourced from Word documents or PDFs. On the interface, Part A images will be displayed on the left side, while corresponding Part B images will be arranged in a tile layout on the right side. Filtering will be based on the presence of the "AAA" substring, and users will have the flexibility to choose the sequence of "AAA" substring images they wish to view—either the first, second, or third occurrence. The program will enable users to assess the quality of the Part B images and proceed to update both the Part A image and its associated Part B images by selecting and clicking "Next". This iterative process will continue until all images have been reviewed. Subsequently, the program will generate an Excel sheet containing the user's quality assessments in the third column. Overall, the program aims to streamline the evaluation process, allowing users to conveniently navigate and assess image associations while providing a comprehensive overview of their quality assessments for further analysis.
- Using Python and CherryPy to develop the tool
- Implementing a simple yet efficient user interface for the selection process
The purpose of the evaluation of Part B images is to identify any issues or errors in them. So, the program should have the capability to assess image quality automatically and reactively.
As an ideal candidate, you should have:
- Proficiency in Python and experience in developing web applications
- Previous experience with image processing and analysis is a plus
- Familiarity with CherryPy for web development
- Ability to deliver the project ASAP without compromising on quality
