Vissim Simulation Script

I am looking for a freelancer who can create a Vissim Simulation Script for Traffic Flow Analysis. The simulation can be based on any location and does not require a specific location or intersection. The level of detail required for the simulation is moderate. I want to measure the amount of vehicles in a specific area of the road and have a ramp entry with a traffic light that changes it state according to the current number of vehicles in the specified Area .
Preferred programming language is python.
