Virtual painter, Hand gesture Python + openCV + PYcharm

Hello people

We are doing this project to draw with hand gesture and tracking and we need help with python code for accurate drawing
we would like also to have eyeblink detection to activaite the painter.
And finally assign a gesture to print

- Blink/wink to start
- ?? to print
- thumb/index, connected = drawing, separate = Pause
accuracy
- only board mode, no mirror camera like the animation video i sent (screen reference)
- interface, i will provide Icons

Add report
the report generated is updated after every session
start time (when the person wink with the eye to start)
end time (when the printing order is given)
duration (time in between start and end)
date
session count
most active time per day

The text on the intro screen:

the first line German
the second line English (to be 2% smaller than german)
example: if you are using 32pt for german, use 26pt for english
then leave some space for (Blinzeln Sie mit den Augen, um anzufangen... / Blink your eyes to start…) on one line


How the app should work:
A text on a screen, this text is changed randomly after each session.

when the person in front of screen wink/blink with the eye he will be inside the application and can start drawing....
he can do this gesture ?? to print the drawing created on A4 paper
then it will go back to the text displayed on the screen
It is urgent work and needs to be done in 1-2 days
