Virtual Flat Tour Generation Application
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I'm looking to create a Retrieval-augmented generation application that can take various inputs - PDFs, JPEGs, DWG files, DOCX files, and AutoCAD layouts - and generate a lifelike virtual tour video of a flat.
Key Features:
- Input: The application should be able to process building and flat layouts and dimensions from a variety of file types, including PDFs, images, and AutoCAD files.
- Output: A detailed virtual tour video displaying full furniture and decor.
- Interactivity: The virtual tour should include clickable hotspots, 360-degree views, and a voice-guided tour.
- Detail: The video should not just present basic layouts and dimensions, but also intricate textures, materials, and full furnishings.
I would prefer if open-source tools are utilized where feasible. The application should run on my existing high-performance setup which includes an RTX 4090, Ryzen 7 and 128GB of RAM.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in application development, particularly in creating interactive and visual software.
- Experience with open-source tools and software.
- Familiarity with processing and interpreting architectural design files.
Please note: Understanding of virtual reality and 3D modelling is a plus.
