Video transcoding script for Panasonic Arbitrator AV3 to mp4 format

I have some Panasonic Arbitrator AV3 files and need a bash/sh/python commandline script using ffmpeg (or similar library) script to transcode to mp4 formats. I want to be able to execute such script ony any av3 file on Ubuntu Linux and generate transcoded mp4 files. I can provide a google drive link to files and samples containing the AV3 files. These video files are bigger than 25 mb.




Audio works find, but video is a mess. VLC player currently renders this; see attached.
