Video facial recognition collect and ID + webui

Facial Recognition Project
- Detect faces within a video uploaded with decent accuracy.
- Store faces found in video to storage as jpg with unique ID. Image needs to be big, with border showing around face. Second image would be nice of just the facial recognition image square.
- If uniqueID face is found in other videos uploaded - They are matched.
Web UI showing the following:
- Videos uploaded
- Faces detected list with uniqueID attached
- log for each uniqueID showing occurrences in the uploaded video file name. ( doesnt need to show date and time in the video of which face was detected - we can do that later :) )
Notes:
Enable easy upload of videos for recognition process.
Needs to be able to run locally on windows via docker if possible.
3060ti GPU available for use to increase accuracy/efficiency if possible?
Must be locally hosted, don't want any associated service costs as data must remain inhouse.
