I need assistance to reframe a live action video less than 10 minutes long from multiple frames like 1:1, 4:3, 9:16, 16:9 using a custom python script.
It’s crucial that this script not only changes the video to a new ratio, but also consistently keeps both speakers and moving objects centered, as they can often go out of frame. I've previously tried using OpenCV and various other scripts, but none have provided the auto-detection and centering capabilities I need.
