Video Editing and creating Code Development
Budget: $10 – $110 USD
I need a simple code written that can be used for editing a video destined for entertainment purposes. The final output should be in MP4 format.
so what i have in my mind is i have a code that slices images if it detects blank white or black space i want you to kinda modify it so it can give me better result and for the main code like make it so i input manhwa pictures in a file it slices the picture while generating a recap of the picture and converts the generated recap into voice using a free tts the ai used to generate the recap can be like ai models form chat gpt or chat gpt itself and. for example i recap a manhwa called solo leveling the code checks the input file for a folder called solo leveling and after it finds it it uses the images inside the folder it slices up the image and generates recap of the individual sliced image and like it generates the whole recap in one page so it has the knowledge of the past characters and other stuff and after the recap is done we use a free edge tts to convert the recap into voice and then the individual recap voice get connected to its picture (using prompt make sure the recap isnt too long like the one sliced images isnt recaped for more than 5 second) after they are connected make it so the picture have basic animation like zoom left, right, middle and other.
(make sure the gui is simple and easy to use and like there is no error in the code so i can run it while i am asleep or i am out and it recaps everything with no stopping or any problem) (in the side some manhwa have like title pages so it would be nice if the code could detect those or a seperate tool for me to like select parts of the mahwa and it gets screenshotted and saved in a file which i can input into the input file of the code)
