Verify HMAC from webhook response received from payment gateway

We have integrated a payment gateway (Hitpay) but we are not able to process the Webhook response on the backend.
We are not able to generate the same HMAC hash as the received HMAC from webhook.
You have to write code in PYTHON to verify the HMAC.
