Vehicle Routing Problem with ML for Packages Delivery Company with Electric Cars

The project is about writing an algorithm in Python that would be able to optimize the routes and the amount of packages that can be delivered in a day, from a driver that can only stay at work for 8 hours and with the restriction that the cars are running on energy, this means they have to stop to recharge.
The algorithm should be able to give solutions whenever new data is introduced.
