Using Python to compare Data in 2 Tables in Google sheets and Sql

I'm looking for a skilled programmer who can help me compare two tables of data using Python. I am currently using Google Sheets to store information for my project, as Google Sheets is slow and has a limit on API requests the tables should be moved to SQL .
This comparison process will require the data to be pulled from both sources and compared.
I need the programmer to be proficient in Python and have experience working with Google Sheets and SQL and Google Cloud .
