Using Python, build a Web App for Order Fulfillment recordkeeping/management + automate Fulfillment Request emails to Suppliers

Job ID: 35777105

Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD

PREREQUISITES:
Must speak fluent English;
Must update me with screenshare every week within 9am-1pm or 7pm-9pm CST (UTC-6); and
Must have a strong background in Shopify API and all skills relevant to this project.

CONTEXT:
The platforms involved are Shopify (my store), Gmail (my email), and Google Sheets (to source supplier-product data).

INSTRUCTIONS:
This Web App will be accessed by my business and my Suppliers. As an admin to the Web App, I will have access to the tables of all suppliers. Meanwhile, Suppliers only have access to their own tables.

Tables will be populated by past complete orders (going back 3 months) and current pending orders. Columns of output information (automatically sourced from Shopify and triggered upon order) to the supplier tables are as follows: Order date/customer name/customer email/customer address/products ordered/respective quantities.

Columns of input information (manually entered by Supplier or me) are as follows: tracking number/delivery service (optional)/note to customer (optional)/note to [my company] (optional)/update schedule (the preset timing of an automated email to the customer based on the information within the given row and within a predesigned email template). If you read up to hear, begin your response in this job with the word howdy. All columns of non-optional information is necessary for the email update to be sent.

Still regarding the table, offer an option to input corrective information (re:tracking, note to customer, etc.) for another scheduled email. Offer checkboxes to note whether a product must be redelivered with or without exchange of the original product (followed by a note for context, and a date for the customer claim), Create a unique order number structed by [supplier ID (WebApp originated)]- [last 2 digits of current year] - [sequential number specific to supplier for given year]. Finally, basic two-factor authentication is needed for every user of the webapp (including myself).

Ideally, the Web App and automated email (Fulfillment Request to Suppliers, and Order Update to customers) should be completed by February 9th.
