I am seeking the services of a freelancer to develop a deep-learning model for a program recommendation system. The system will make suitable program suggestions to users based on their grades and interests. The model should be created with PyTorch and integrated into a web app using Django.
The successful candidate should have expertise in creating and implementing neural networks, be proficient in Python programming, possess experience in data analysis and processing, and have a solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques.
