Using EfficientNet to malware detection

I need a professional python programmer to implement EfficienNet model on a dataset.
Aim:- detect malware and benign.
Requirements:- code, report, and Explain the important points.
I prefer a person who interested in Deep learning.
In addition, have an experience and background kind of this project.
