User interface development

I have been working with another freelancer to help build a user front end that will execute python scripts in the back ground. We have an initial UI and I require further development on this. Stills required are HTML coding, Flask and Python. The key for this project is to build a UI that is end user configurable, There needs to be an configuration file where I can change and adjust settings. An end user interfaces for configuring the main page needs to be created, Wifi configured and local weather gathered based on the users location via chrome location services. This is all built on a Raspberry Pi3.
