User Portal API Development

I'm looking for an experienced developer to create a user portal API. The portal will include user authentication and a dashboard with analytics.

Requirements:
- User Authentication: Email/password and two-factor authentication
- Dashboard: Analytics display
- Profile Management: Basic user info
