User Interface for Electronics Equipment

We are looking for a software (Python and C++) and PCB developer who can write a simple programme for our electronic system so that it can be turned on and off via a tablet. Additionally, the software should enable the physical buttons on the system to be programmed such that their function can be changed easily on the tablet. A new control board will also be commissioned to work with the software to control the system.
