Use python to convert Q&As from a pdf question bank into a 2 column csv format that can be loaded to a flashcard creating website

I am looking for a Python developer to convert Q&As from a PDF question bank into a 2-column CSV format. This CSV file should be compatible with the Brainscape flashcard creating website.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Python programming language
- Experience with PDF parsing and data extraction
- Ability to convert data into CSV format
- Familiarity with Brainscape flashcard website
The project is for personal use, and the deadline for completion is within 2 days. The desired format for the flashcard website is Brainscape.
