Use Telegram Bot, Create Multiple Accounts, Spam Messages into specific groups

I have a telegram group that requires more traffic and attention from the public. I am looking for someone to post provided content periodically in various telegram groups, it can be done manually or by a bot. This list of groups is also provided. A message needs to sent to 5 telegram chats every couple of minutes or so.

Multiple phone numbers will have to be used (burner numbers)

Need to add telegram group members ,but only quality members.

Need to submit screenshots to verify members from certain groups.

Applicants should have much experience on this .

Duration of the project will be 1-7 days depending on how well everything goes.
