Urgent task - Count Tiles on Raspberry Pi in real-time

We have a project schedule to automate tile production workflow using Machine Learning technology.
The first step is just PoC for our idea, where we have to complete counting the tiles of workflow with an IP camera on Raspberry Pi. If the accuracy is acceptable in this PoC step, we will keep progressing our idea into production. So we are looking for a suitable candidate for this task.
It is urgent, hope proper candidate to finish this job by tomorrow.
