Urgent Python Web Developer Needed

We are seeking a talented and passionate Python Developer to join our team. As a Python Developer at CapTech, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions using Python and related technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations.

Responsibilities:
* Designing, developing, and deploying Python-based applications and systems according to client requirements and project specifications.
* Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
* Collaborating with software architects, designers, and other developers to implement solutions that align with project goals and objectives.
* Conducting thorough testing and debugging of software to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability.
* Participating in code reviews, provide feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
* Staying updated with the latest trends and advancements in Python development and related technologies.
* Working closely with clients to understand their technical requirements, provide technical guidance, and offer innovative solutions.
* Contributing to the development of reusable components, libraries, and frameworks to accelerate software development.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
* 5-8 years of professional experience as a Python Developer.
* Strong proficiency in Python programming language.
* In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Django framework.
* Solid understanding of web development principles, RESTful APIs, and MVC architecture.
* Experience with database systems like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
* Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
* Proficient in working with version control systems, preferably Git.
* Experience with AWS services like EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda.
* Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes is a plus.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
