Urgent Python Algo Trading Software Completion

I have an Algo trading software coded in Python, which is currently 85% complete and connected to Excel. I'm urgently looking for a skilled Python programmer to help me with the remaining tasks and ensure the software is fully operational.

Key tasks involved in this project include:
- Implementing trading strategies: I need your expertise in this field to ensure the software can make informed and profitable trading decisions.
- Optimizing code performance: The software should be efficient and capable of handling large volumes of data. Your role will be to fine-tune the code to run smoothly.
- Integrating with third-party APIs: You'll need to connect the software with various APIs to extract relevant information for trading.
- Execution: The software should be able to execute trades based on the predefined strategies. This is a crucial component that needs to be completed.

In addition, you will be responsible for:
- Debugging errors: Identifying and rectifying any existing issues in the code.
- Setting up automated trading: Ensuring that the software can trade automatically without manual intervention.
- Implementing risk management: Adding risk management features to the software to minimize potential losses.
