UrBackup Development Machine Setup on Windows 11

I'm in need of a capable developer who can assist me in installing and configuring a development environment on my Windows 11 machine for both UrBackup's backend and frontend. This involves:

- Installing necessary software and libraries
- Configuring the development environment
- Troubleshooting and debugging

Your role will primarily involve aiding in both the setup and the compilation process. you will have to adjust path, include folders, etc. Please ensure you have the relevant expertise and experience, as well as familiarity with UrBackup. Thank you.

You will need to install dokan library (https://github.com/dokan-dev/dokany/releases)
Nsis 3.10
Git for windwos
gettext 0.24
Python 3.13 for windwos
Visual Studio Comunity 2022
Urbackup backend (https://github.com/uroni/urbackup_backend)

Urbackup dependencies (http://buildserver.urbackup.org/git/urbackup_deps)
I dont need Wix installed as no msi will be built
