Upload small python script to azure function and push data to azure SQL database

I have a small python script that extracts some website data. Takes about 1 min. I would like to have it refresh weekly and save the data to a table in my Azure SQL database. All already have an azure subscription set up etc.

Figured this would work best as an azure function (windows based) . Open to alternative methods

Please provide detail or suggestion in your proposal
