Upgrade Odoo from 16 to 17 AWS

I currently have a setup running Odoo 16 and am looking for an expert to upgrade it to Odoo 17. The installation is on Amazon Web Services (AWS), and I need a full data migration from the existing system.
Requirements:
- Upgrade from Odoo 16 to Odoo 17
- Data migration without loss or corruption
- Ensure compatibility and stability post-upgrade
- Keep downtime to a minimum
Ideal Experience:
- Proven track record with Odoo upgrades
- Extensive knowledge of AWS environments
- Experience in data migration for business systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the upgrade
Deliverables:
- Fully functional Odoo 17 system on AWS
- Complete transfer of all current records and data
- Brief report on the upgrade process, including any modifications made
