Note: The project requires quick turnaround time and expertise in ChatGPT-WhatsappBot-Twilio integration, natural language understanding, and platform integration. The upgraded integration should improve user interaction, response times, and enable the chatbot to gather patient information and generate personal reports.

Current bot has a ChatGP API, that connected an EP2 server at AWS, that uses Twilio account Sender, to connect two accounts in Whatsapp.

The two bots receive messages from user, requiring medical information about a functional clinic.

The EP2 server has two files, that are used to train ChatGPT to use medical protocols in order to answer users inquiries.

First bot is used to answer medical questions regarding commercial issues that funcional clinic can do for specific medical issues and symptoms.

The second bot, that needs to be updated, currently answer the funcional clinic patients with medical questions.

The needed update consists in adding to functions.
1. For patients without medical history at the clinic, who want medical information, the system will send a triage questionnaire (that is different depending upon reported symptom or disease (using WhatsApp and clinic app chatbot). ChatGPT will be trained using the clinics protocols and patient specific data to provide a health report. The report will be registered at database in AWS, and sent to patient. The system will then require ChatGPT if additional information is needed from the patient in order to provide full acessment. The Answer has to include IDC and severiyy in order for the system to offer the patient specific advice, ou funcional clinic healthcare protocols.
2. For patients WITH medical history AND undergoing healthcare management, at the clinic, the system will send a triage/evolution questionnaire that are previously scheduled, to patients, via WhatsApp and App chatbot, in order to provide intermediate health report. Patients will also be able to require specific medical information, and the system will send patient previous data/reports to ChatGTP to return specific ansewers, recommendation, and IDC (international Disease Code) with severy in order to analyse if the patient needs to change healthcare protocol, immediate human assistance, or incorporate another therapy to current one.
