Updates to Market Place website 29K budget - Python/Django dev needed

So our website is functioning and working now taking sales it customer built , its all python/django . The url is MobileMechanic . com ill show a outline of updates we need done here.

*add field Meet Up Date “have a day to select”

-on the submit diagnosis paid the mechanic can upload pics of the part receipts and they will
Be displayed on the digital Invoice page for that project and add a uplaod receipt button at top of all pages for easy access those pics will show up on the digital invoice page
-Sales Database
*combine all sales database and send to jordan to confirm
-UI For customer and Mechanic project pages , that show the mechanics location status ex enroute , arrived , ready for test
#when mechanic click ready ready for test drive the customer gets text / email saying your job is done and ready for test drive so they know to release the funds and review.
#when jobs are 100% completed funds release the admin and customer and mechanic get notified by text and email.
-Make it so mechanics can get paid automatically once funds are released use stripe - #only admin needs to be able to turn this feature off and on for each mechanic. #default it is off since new mechanics are high risk.
#please make it so reps can approve and edit all messages like the admin have right now so at the top of their screen will be a section called messages.
-Make it so mechanics can tell if they were paid for a job on project details and how they were paid like a little
-When mechanic submit bids were gonna need to know when they can do it and hourly min which is new.

-Instant Chat “just like find mechanic page but for non signed in users - grabs last loged in mechanic that is closet to the zip code with most jobs , online mechanic would take first priority.
