Update python code to use camera (USB camera or MIPI) in Raspberry

I have python code to read QR-code from img file.
This code works fine without errors
Now I need to use this code in Raspbian (Raspberry 3B+) to read from USB camera or MIPI camera.
After this the code will be evaluate a value of data from QR-code and set high or low one output pin of Raspberry.
