Update data source for completed application

I have a data analysis application on stock prices. The application was built on Python and Django. at the moment source of code is connected to VPS and soft works well. Now I am looking for a freelancer who can review codes and change data sources. At the moment software use delayed data for stocks. I am planning to change the source in real-time. this is the first part of the project if freelancers understand the project and codes well we would continue to work together to add new features to the application such as creating a new database.
