I have a fully functional AI voice agent that:

Converts voice to text

Sends the text to OpenAI API

Returns and speaks the response as voice

Includes lip-syncing with a 3D avatar

Works in English and French

Now, I want to update it with the following changes:

Restrict the system to English only

Medical Agent Integration:

Pull patient data from a medical API

Input that data into OpenAI

The agent should respond based on that patient-specific data

3D Avatar Replacement:

Deployment:
