Update of Python code using RKNN toolkit for Rockchip RV1126

I have a Python code for object detection (Human body) in photo.
Is is working on RV1126 SOM from FireFly but is not optimized for the processor because does not use NPU now.
This project requires the installation of RKNN toolkit from Rockchip, conversion of model and execution of new code using NPU.
