Update IPFS Image Crawler

I am looking for a freelancer to update the IPFS Image Crawler by making performance improvements. Specifically, I would like to reduce the system resource usage. The crawler downloads images such as .png .jpg and saves them to the database. Must update the images to .webp and also if videos are repeated display only 1.
