I am seeking a professional to extract data from a public information site, specifically a public website containing data of all universities in Portugal. The scraping process should focus on specific statistics such as the number of candidates, accepted candidates, and admission criteria, etc. Details will follow.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proficient in using Python, Scrapy, Beautiful Soup, or similar web scraping tools.
- Proven experience in scraping data securely and ethically, respecting privacy and operating within legal boundaries.
- simple website (NO CAPTCHA, AJAX, Javascript etc.)
- Experience in storing scraped data in a structured manner for further data analysis.
