I'm in need of a highly skilled programmer, capable of designing a parser/interpreter that transforms any Latex code into a neat, readable plain text. This isn't merely a straightforward translation task; I require the figures, tables, equations etc extracted in original latex format.
Additionally, a key requirement lies in the structure and formatting of tables. The original Latex code structure (including rows, columns, cell alignment etc.) should remain undisturbed during the translation process. The figure and equation renderings ought to be outputted in LaTeX code format, remaining authentic to their original coding.
