Unique Photo Generation Script

I'm looking for a Python script, or a similar tool, that can, FOR EXAMPLE, take a photo from a source like Airbnb and transform it into a unique piece of content. The goal is to ensure that the altered photo cannot be found using Google Image or any other image search engine.
Key Features:
- The script should incorporate multiple methods of alteration, including changing pixels, adding noise, and modifying the canvas size.
- The new canvas size should either be the same as the original or larger.
- The tool should have the capability to perform a variety of pixel changes, such as color adjustments, blurring, and random pixel shifts.
Ideal Skills:
