3D Unet for segmenting 3D medical images

I need help coding a 3D Unet to do multiclass segmentation. I have prepared my data so that my images and masks are in nifti format (.nii.gz). I am using a large dataset, so I can train the model myself. However, I can provide a sample dataset to help you code this project.
