Ubuntu Server Project Setup: PHP & Python

I'm seeking a proficient developer with expertise in both Python and PHP, capable of installing a web application on an Ubuntu server. The task should be done quick and efficiently. Owing to the nature of this job, experience in server management, software deployment and troubleshooting is preferred. While the specific functionalities of the web application will be discussed later, a strong understanding of general web application architectures and protocols is advantageous. Any prior experience installing similar applications will be considered a plus.
