USB Flash Drive Portable Data Streaming Device Emulator

Create an emulator that can be loaded onto a USB storage device (USB Flash Drive). Automatically starts up when plugged into any x64 Windows based system and uses HDF5 files placed onto the same USB storage device to emulate datastream as a portable lightweight "continuous loop streaming data system".
