URGENT - Video Object Detection (Modify an existing code)

I am successfully able to detect the ROI. But I am unable to save the extract ROIs as images. Thus, Need to save the extracted RoI from the video in images, with the timestamp. It's not an excruciating task and can be modified with very few lines of code.
