Basic Dicom image segmentation - threshold techniques, image convolution and visualization in 3D
Also as I have attended lectures I know the topics feel free to send me if you are not sure about certain topics. My issue is organizing the python code in a way to answer the questions.

the pixel data is an attribute of the dicom and then "pixel_array" it's something that pydicom runs on the pixel data so it's like a conversion.
