Finalize Django Migration

We have a Django running on some server that needs to be migrated as soon as possible.
Done already:
- Postgres database has been migrated
- Redis is up and running
- Project files have been transferred
Django was running as a service with socket using nginx as reverse proxy.
You will have access to both the old and new server.
Your job:
- bring Django back up
- write a short explanation about how you fixed the problem
