A Twitter bot

A Twitterbot which takes a list a twitter-handles (recievers of twitter message, here "addresses"). The Twitterbot should be able to handle a text message + media files (photos and short videos). The addresses of the composed tweets should occupy as few rows as possible but no rearrangement optimization of addresses is necessary.
