Twitter API or Twint Developer

I'm seeking an experienced backend developer to build an engine that will monitor Twitter posts.
You should monitor posts with filtering option and get title and images from posts as well as sweets number too.
the modules can be a individual project or can be run in an cron job.

Requirements:
- Build a robust backend engine in Python
- Implement data scraping and analysis
- Store information in a preferred database (SQL, NoSQL, or In-memory)
- Deliver core data acquisition and processing capabilities

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in Python
- Experience with Twitter API and data scraping
- Familiarity with database management (SQL/NoSQL)
- Strong data processing and backend development skills
